Each unit has been fully remodeled within the last 4 years and comes with newer appliances. Original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent.

Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150 for 1 pet/ $250 for 2 pets. Pet Rent is $25 per pet per month.

Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move-In Fee - We charge a one-time Move-In fee equaling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a security deposit alternative through Obligo that is less than one month's rent.

Laundry: we have on-site coin-operated laundry areas available for tenant use.

Parking: Every Tenant is allowed at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
