A mandatory resort fee will be charged at check-in, covering both beach and pool access. The fee is $35 per day for stays of 1-6 days, $22.5 per day for stays of 7-29 days, and $15 per day for stays over 30 days. Valet parking is available but not included, with rates of $40 per day for 1-6 days and $15 per day or $105 weekly for 7-29 days. A Pack’n Play crib is available for free upon request.

Guests will receive a wristband for pool and beach access, with pool attendants providing towels. The condo offers 24-hour concierge service, high-speed internet access, a bar with poolside service, and 24-hour security. A laptop computer is not included.
