A late check-out fee equal to 50% of the daily rate may apply if you fail to check out by 11 am. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties without prior approval. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
