Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and take out the trash before you leave.
