Low-income permanent housing. Maximum occupancy of three occupants. Studio units feature private baths as well as kitchenettes. Conveniently located near a bus stop, retail stores and restaurants. Amenities include on-site-coin-operated laundry. Rent includes: electricity, water, sewer and refuse. Parking may be available for extra fee.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Preference is given to applicants experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness prior to residency at the property.
2. Preference will be given to families with at least one member under the age of 18.

3. Must be able to pay rent, deposit and other required fees. Applicant income must not exceed 50% of HUD Oahu Area Median Income. Minimum income is $25,000 per year.
