About Maple Grove Commons
Maple Grove Commons has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with spacious floor plans, kitchen appliances, and gorgeous landscaping. We offer units with income restrictions and also have market rate units that do not have those same restrictions. Each unit will include it's own washer/dryer and select units with stainless steel kitchen appliances. We will be including heat, water, sewer, and trash in the price of your rent. The building has a clubhouse, which will include wi-fi and a patio area, and a fitness center. Located in an exciting neighborhood on Madison's west side, our community is near the Orchard Pointe shopping center, which hosts restaurants, shops, Gold's Gym, Aldi and Hy-Vee grocery stores, as well as Super Target.
