This is a great Timber / Hunting tract consisting of 376 plus or minus acres including a twenty-acre tract of cultivatable land.
There is a small house on the property that has a good metal roof and with a little work would make a good hunting and or week end get away.
The 20-acres that is in cultivation is planted in peanuts at this time. There are 70 acres of the property that is enrolled in the government's Conservation Reserve Program and is in planted pine trees about 25 years old. I believe this timber has been thinned twice and is close to being ready for the final cut.

Daniels creek runs north and south through the property and BIG BWY DITCH runs east and west along most of the southern boundary
