This property is located in section 4 & 5, Township 18N, Range 10E all in Choctaw Co. Ms. 5 miles south of Eupora Ms. on Ms. State Highway no.9 . Property has 1/4 mile frontage frontage on Ms. Highway # 9. and 1/2 mile on Marshal Rd, which is a County Gravel RD.

This is a great Timber / Hunting tract consisting of 376 plus or minus acres including a twenty-acre tract of cultivatable land.

The 20-acres that is in cultivation is planted in peanuts at this time.
