The Mill at Dover Foxcroft, Maine is a 60,000 square foot historic mill complex on the Piscataquis River that was renovated into a mixed-use building with residences, office space, cafe, and boutique inn. The apartments at The Mill offer affordable modern amenities and historic charm, all located in a walkable neighborhood. The apartments offer granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting, and washer and dryer hookups. Built originally in 1908 and used as a woolen and furniture mill for 100 years, the historic building was completely restored into an award winning project featured in numerous publications.
