- Security Deposit: 90% of one month's rent, i.e rent equal to $2,000 will have deposit of $1,800
- Last Month's Rent: Based on results of application screening, may or may not be applicable.
*Security deposit is fully refundable pending final inspection and outstanding balance after move-out.
