Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest. For building security, only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance, as an additional cost applies. Deliveries to this address are not permitted for security reasons. Lost linens or keys will incur a replacement fee. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you’re out to help maintain a comfortable environment for all.
