One bedroom, 540 sq ft, apartments includes: safety rails in tub or walk-in shower, frost-free refrigerator, emergency call system, individually controlled heating & air conditioning and smoke detectors. The building amenities include an elevator to all three floors, locked lobby, on-site laundry room with 3 washers & 3 dryers, and library and commons areas for community events.

Mill Pond Manor Van does not take Residents to Medical Appointments, we are not insured for that kind of transportation. Twice a week shopping trips are provided via the Brecon Village Bus and the Mill Pond Manor Van.
