Our apartments have a full kitchen with dining area! Plenty of storage, plus we have mini storage available to rent on site.


Our amenities include a playground, basketball court, and updated onsite laundry facility. Conveniently located near major bus lines, Walmart, and other shopping and restaurants. Gated Community, with onsite security.

We are pet friendly, however there are breed/size restrictions (large dogs will not be approved for upstairs units). We have a 2 pet max and require a $200.00 pet deposit. Service animals have no deposits and must be certified, spayed/neutered, licensed and have current vaccination records at time of lease signing. No aggressive pets allowed.

Application fee is $40 per adult (non refundable).
