There is no known reason you couldn't move right in and with some fresh paint and shining of the hardwood floors you could refresh this home at a minimal cost. There is a newer nice 2 car garage with a garage door opener. The main floor has hardwood floors which appear to be in good condition. A Refrigerator, Range, Washer and Dryer are included. Some nice Mature Maples surround the home on the East Side of the property and the center of the property appears to be a great hunting area then on the West side of the land is another Hardwood Stand. There are several good eating Apple Trees. The kitchen is small and possibly a two chair table could fit, but it would be tight. It is likely previous families had an eating table in the living room. You can see in the basement that some electric upgrades have taken place along with a lot of newer plumbing. There is evidence of water, but no evidence of flooding.
