Nicely set surrounded by a Maple Grove in the farming community of Rumely you will find this simple, yet solid Finnish Farm Home in need of some TLC with 35 acres of land. With some cleaning there is no known reason you couldn't move right in. There is a newer nice 2 car garage with a garage door opener. This home is an Estate, with the executor never having lived in the home. The Estate will not be doing any repairs, cleaning, testing or septic pumping. The home is sold "As Is". The Estate is still in the process of removing some items from the home and garage. All offers will be considered, but offers with rebates or financing other than conventional or cash would be difficult for the buyer since the home is unlikely to qualify for a VA Loan or any type of financing in which a lender could ask for repairs. The main floor has hardwood floors which appear to be in good condition. A Refrigerator, Range, Washer and Dryer are included. Their condition is unknown. The kitchen is small and possibly a two chair table could fit, but it would be tight. It is likely previous families had an eating table in the living room. You can see in the basement that some electric upgrades have taken place along with a lot of newer plumbing. There is evidence of water, but no evidence of flooding.
