Due to the property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Smoking, fireworks, and pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building, and the HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and be present for the entire reservation. The thermostat should not be set above 76°F (heating) or below 68°F (cooling) to avoid overloading the system.
