We elected to forego the density bonus and build first class units with state- of- the- art kitchens, custom cabinetry, quartz stone countertops, full tile back splash, state of the art appliances with double the storage space of our competition. We further included washers and dryers in every unit, large functional balconies, smart home features, and high- end faucets and fixtures.

But there’s more to NCA than just grand apartment units. We have also included common area appointments which tenants in today’s environment find most useful. These include:
