Great elevation for mountain and valley views. Winter views are the best. Next owner will probably want to do some tree thinning to make it spectacular. There is more than one building site. One is tucked away in a dell (first right hand trail/white ribbons) where the deer stand sits . Higher sites are on up the road on the right ( @ a small culvert/ white ribbons)...leading to a small clearing sitting at 840 feet elevation & if you walk thru the clearing and up to your left to the highest site (amidst big hardwoods)the view potential gets even better... this higher one is at an 875 feet elevation.
