Our apartment homes feature exceptionally clean units, most with washer/dryers, decks with storage closet, and reserved parking. We've lowered our security deposit to $1,000 instead of equal to one months' rent. To make moving in more affordable the $1,000 security deposit can be split up into 4 or 6 equal monthly instalment payments. Call for details!
