About Quail Springs
Quail Springs Village is a premier fully amenitized, 75-unit apartment complex in the high desert area of the Moron go Basin, which encompasses Yucca Valley, 29 Palms, and Joshua Tree. All the apartments are two bedroom / two bath units of approximately 975 square feet in size with individual covered patios. The complex is low
density with units distributed among eleven single-story buildings on a 7.15-acre site. They are of stucco construction with pitched asphalt
shingle roofs. There are three on-site coin laundry buildings situated throughout the complex. Laundry equipment is owned by the property
owners. The apartments are built around a central recreation complex featuring a large clubhouse with party facilities and restrooms. An
adjacent covered cabana area is next to the sparkling pool and Jacuzzi spa. Each unit has an assigned carport with a storage locker. There is
also ample open parking available. The apartment complex is further enhanced by being adjacent to San Bernardino County’s Sunburst Park and Joshua Tree Community Center. The Park has two tennis courts, a basketball court, three baseball fields, a racquetball court, a water park, a skateboard park, a children’s playground, and shaded picnic areas with Barbecues. The Community Center offers before and after school programs, senior lunches, and various other programs. Quail Springs Village is located in the Village of Joshua Tree. Joshua Tree is a gateway community to Joshua Tree National Park and is surrounded by spectacular desert scenery and has four-season weather.
