Our properties are dog friendly! Rent includes water, sewer, trash, renter’s insurance, and WIFI. Resident has responsibility for paying electric. All units include washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, granite countertops, hardwood laminate flooring, and split system heat and A/C. Walk-in closets, private patio, and ample storage. Gym, playgrounds, EV charging stations, and dog park.

ADMIN FEE: There is a one-time, non-refundable administration fee of $150 required at the time of application. This fee will hold the unit of the applicant’s choice until move in date as agreed upon. This fee is non-refundable should you cancel your application or move in for any reason.

APPLICATION FEES: Applications are REQUIRED for all occupants over 18 years old. $40 per leaseholder application. $20 occupant only application. Application fees are non-refundable.

COSIGNERS: An applicant must meet a minimum qualification to be offered a cosigner. Management will communicate if an applicant is eligible to obtain a cosigner during the application process. Due to this process, please wait to submit a cosigner application until requested.

MOVE IN COSTS: Full move in costs are due the day of your move in when you sign your lease and receive keys. Move in costs include first month of rent, deposit for apartment, and animal deposit (if applicable.)

REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: Deposits are based on credit score, rental history, and income verification. Credit score is the largest factor in the deposit qualification process. *If an applicant does not meet the standard or mid-deposit requirements, they may still qualify for an apartment by paying a deposit equal to one month of regular rent.
