Currently there is about 60 acres planted to wheat and about 60 acres planted to soybeans. Buyer will receive a pro-rated amount of the cash rent based on $55.00 per acre of the soybeans this fall. Possession of the soybean ground after the fall harvest. Tenant will plant the wheat ground back to wheat this fall. buyer shall receive the cash rent and possession after the 2018 wheat harvest as per the contract agreement, recorded at FSA with the Seller.
