Christian Towers’ newly-constructed, four-story second building rests just next door to the original building on Lexington's west side and provides affordable, equal opportunity housing for individuals 55 years of age and up. The minimum allowable income is $27,000 annually, and the maximum is $40,020 for one-person or $45,720 for two people. We do welcome housing vouchers for this property if your income doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. We are currently accepting applications for the waiting list, as we are 100% occupied.
