Stadium Rose Apartments is a new, modern building conveniently located in Newark’s North Ward just one block behind the historic Newark Schools Stadium and a short walk from vibrant Bloomfield Avenue.
The five-story building offers 35 spacious apartments, featuring 25 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. One-bedroom apartments range in size from 790 to 909 square feet, while the two-bedroom units span 1,045 to 1,132 square feet.

A portion of the building, 31%, is designated as affordable housing for qualified Newark residents, meeting 40%, 60%, and 80% affordability requirements. The Affordable Public Lottery will take place on Monday, March 24th.

Market-rate one-bedroom units are priced from $1,795 and up, and two-bedroom units from $2,395 and up. As mentioned, affordable units exist at Stadium Rose, with one-bedroom units priced from $910 and up, and two-bedroom units from $1,668 and up.
