About This Floor Plan

The Stuart plan was designed for our daylight and creek lots in Symphony Farms. This plan features larger common areas than our other reverse plans. When you walk through the beautiful double doors, you will see the grand foyer which features 11 foot ceilings. The living room is a dream space with 11 foot side walls that explode to a vaulted ceiling that carries all the way over the covered composite porch. The wood beams accent the vaulted ceiling. The stairs going to the basement are on the rear wall of glass. A stone fireplace flanked by custom storage finishes off this wonderful space. The kitchen is large and comes with GE Profile appliances of a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Behind the decorative door there is a great walk-in pantry. A large dining room with a built-in hutch. has a great view out the large windows. The primary suite consists of a good-sized bedroom with the back wall mostly glass letting in the natural light The bathroom suite has a large shower and free-standing tub. Like all of our plans, a large custom closet is connected to our expanded laundry room. The lower level has a huge rec area with more than enough space for a media area along with the built-in bar and activity areas.
