Tahitian Village is a large, hilly subdivision. Some of the hills are very steep and this lot is on a hill. All structures (including but not limited to fences, sheds and new homes) built in Tahitian Village require a permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This lot has water supply, waste water and electricity available at the street.
