The Drake

The Drake is a unique Shaker Heights, Van Aken Blvd. apartment which was recently purchased by "Rock on Cleveland", managed by Waterstone-Brainworks Property Management. Currently all common areas, as well as the apartments are being remodeled / upgraded. We have just completed installing a new roof and have resealed all windows throughout. We are now in the process of replacing the carpet, light fixtures and painting all common areas.From the moment you park in your underground parking space, the goal of the Drake apartments is to make you feel like you live in Shaker Heights.
