* Rent: $650 to $1100 per month. $650 for a shared room. $1200 for extra-large private room (shared bath). Prices in between.
* Utilities increase rent by $100/mo including water, gas, electricity, internet, and trash.
* $55 per month (contribution to joint food and weekly dinners)
* Deposit: $500
* Off-street Parking (optional): $300 annual fee
* Lease end date options are June 30 or Aug 31
* Square footage of private rooms: 113-295 sq ft
