About the Builder

Founded by Middle Tennessee natives Randall B. Smith and Corey W. Corey Craig launched his own company, Traceside Properties, at the age of 17 and quickly made history in 1998 as Tennessee’s youngest licensed Broker and Contractor. A graduate of Brentwood High School and Belmont University, Corey co-founded The Craig Company with his father, Lloyd Craig, and built a reputation for excellence in custom homes and townhomes throughout Franklin and South Nashville. In 2001, Randall and Corey combined their talents to form Celebration Homes, which quickly became one of Middle Tennessee’s most successful home building companies. Recognizing a gap in the luxury market, they established Heritage Homes to serve discerning buyers seeking elevated design and superior value.
