Easy Application Process:
1. Fill out pre-application in our office (901 Valley View Circle, Bloomington, IL 61705)

2. Request pre-application via email/mail

3. If you meet income requirements, we will add you to our waitlist (this step is only for Traditions Bloomington I and II)

4. Once we have availability, we will reach out and ask you to complete the application and paperwork. Please have the $35 application fee with you.
