The basement has a separate outside entrance in addition to access from inside. I do not know if it could be an additional unit. This property has awesome mountain views with a bluff site. Access is off Joplin just South of 4th st and then turn west down the alley. The lot size and square feet per level is an estimate and may not be correct as all the info on Assessor's sheet is confusing. It has only 120' as the lot size so I estimated the 6 lots at 25 feet each to come up the dimensions. The whole south side of the alley to Iola is part of this.
