About Wadaag Commons
Opening Summer 2025! Wadaag Commons marks the culmination of a multiphase, mixed-income redevelopment initiative called Seward Commons, spearheaded by the Seward community. The term "Wadaag," which means "share" in Somali, was chosen with intention. It reflects the values that the developers aspire to foster among residents and the broader community.
Wadaag is a mixed income community providing housing to households from 30-60% AMI, including units set aside for high priority homeless and people with disabilities in partnership with Simpson Housing.
Interest list applications can be submitted via the website at WadaagCommons .com - formal applications accepted Spring 2025.
