•No evictions
•No bankruptcy within last 5 years
•Provide valid ID’s (passport, State License/ID)
Application Process:
•Provide an application per person 18 years of age
•$50.00 Application fee per adult (paid in a money order)
•$300.00 Holding deposit (paid in a money order)

Your $300.00 deposit will be forfeited if by your choice/fault you cancel & cannot complete the rental process.
