Why Live in Rapid Valley
Just five miles east of Downtown Rapid City, Rapid Valley is a slower-paced community. Homes in subdivisions have grassy lawns, and real estate prices are below the local average. The area has several new developments with manufactured homes and construction smaller than 1,000 square feet ranging between the mid-$100,000s and the low $200,000s. More established subdivisions have midcentury ranch-style and 21st-century traditional homes in the mid-$300,000s and low $400,000s. “You can get more affordable
