From day one to after the signing this company (Shelly) went up and beyond what a realtor has to do!!! They were like having your best friend handling everything for you. Living out of state it was so nice to have everything taken care of!!! Communication 7 days a week with answers on all our questions!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!

All the ladies at 3G are great. They took time understanding what we wanted, put effort into proposing options, and answered our questions or tracked down the information we wanted and got it to us very quickly. GREAT communication. Seem truly concerned with the overall experience of the purchase, not just chasing their commission. I'd recommend to anyone. Transferring to LRAFB? Give them a call. Best real estate transaction we have ever been involved with.

We had a great house-buying experience with 3 G Agents. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and are always prepared. They made sure to walk us through every step of the process. Shelly promptly answered any questions we had, was available for showings at a very short notice and went above and beyond to make sure we found a house in the area that we wanted and within our budget.

Let’s just begin with Shelly, she is the absolute best realtor you could ever imagine having! From first timers to being overly experienced. It does not matter, she always is a phone call away and can always get things solved. She always makes sure your have what you need to get things bought or to get things sold! Incredible experience! I am a 20 y/o college student and was looking to buy my first house. Mrs. Shelly and Christel made this process SUPER easy and fun: taking tons of time to make sure that my fiancé and I got the house that we wanted. 3 G Agents, LLC is unlike any other real estate company I have dealt with. Shelly Glenn, REALTOR, went above and beyond while representing my husband and I in finding a home. We were truly impressed! In the process, I had the opportunity to meet Christel Gulley, REALTOR, who is also a part of the team, what a pleasure! I highly recommend 3 G Agents, LLC, you will not be disappointed, and can trust these girls to represent you. It seems as though they are looking for and buying the home for themselves. Their due diligence is impeccable. As a previous Real Estate Agent in the state of Minnesota, the professionalism of this company is above standard.

There is so much good to share about these ladies! Honestly, there are not enough people like them left in this world. They were an absolute God-send to our family!!
Where do I even start?!! Shelly, Christel, and Janette went above and beyond in every single way possible to accommodate our family!! First, they met my husband and me along with four of put five childten to show us a home at night after it had been raining for two weeks (and was still doing so) UP (I put emphasis on UP) a dark, SUPER CURVY, foggy road in the middle of nowhere. That was a feat in itself!! This, after some unforseen obstacles, ended up being our home! Despite the minor road blocks, they were supportive in every way they could at every level and every step of the way. These ladies answered every question we had, day or night. They even called to check on us multiple times when we received some unfavorable news, but also worked tirelessly with us to resolve the issue. Also, to be clear, this was one of those "beyond your control" type news, which had nothing to do with them or their productivity.
These ladies have a motto: "Never give up!" And, let me tell you, they hold true to that motto!! They never gave up on us, never gave up on the situation, and never stopped working hard to produce the best possible outcome for our family!!
God blesses those who bless others, and these amazingly wonderful women have been a huge blessing to us in many, many ways that go beyond just selling us a house. We have made life-long friends and we pray that God does return the blessing back to them ten fold! 🙏 ❤️
I would recommend this team of ladies at 3G to anyone in need of a realtor, whether you are selling or buying. I am confident that they will meet anyone's needs to the fullest degree! I do not think there is a better team out there to serve the needs of those in the home buying market and I truly mean that with all of my heart! If you don't choose this group of outstanding women, you are selling yourself short in more ways than one!

Shelly, Christel and Janette were beyond great to work with. My wife and I were moving to the area from out of state, and they patiently scouted properties for us for nearly a year!!! Even as our needs & hopes changed, the eagerly team adjusted their search and would find us new options. They never gave up on us, when we had another realtor before them that did!

But, it didn't stop there. They went above and beyond, helping to facilitate and coordinate inspections and repairs. They made referrals for professionals in the area that we've needed to get some repairs addressed, they helped with our cross-country move, literally showing up on-site to assist the movers because we weren't able to be here. They even came out months after our move to meet our new baby girl, and give her a gift. What realtors do all of that?!

They are so thoughtful, so wonderful, and truly a team of outstanding people.

Christel and Shelly were amazing to work with and sold our home in a week. They went above and beyond to get great pics, video, and to feature our home as we knew it would take a family with the same type of needs we experienced as the owners. They were very supportive of us emotionally as they knew we were moving out of medical necessity rather than desire and they helped make our transition smooth.
