The Dyer Nixon Team is the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced, and helpful agents and brokers.
They completed three real estate transactions for my fiancée and me in three months. All three went smooth from start to finish.
They made every step along the way easier than I could have ever imagined. It was like having friends on the “inside” that are working for YOU. They responded fast all the time and got the best price for the properties we sold as well as negotiated the best buying price for the dream home we now live in. They really care about their clients.

I wish I could give Adam more then 5 stars. I was so nervous about buying a house in this competitive market. My rent kept increasing and I decided to jump in the race. I was introduced to Adam through the freedom purchase program in my apartment in West Chester. I was interested in buying in in this area but was aware of the steep market. Adam contacted me immediately and from day one , I have to say that he was on top of everything. He knew the market well and put my worries to ease. He is very professional, experienced and mostly very reliable. He treated me like I was part of his family and always made me feel like I was a priority. He made it so easy to work with him, as he is very flexible with his time, he always answered all my concerns immediately and he also always pointed out areas of concern as if he was a buyer. He tirelessly showed me every house I was interested in, (never pushy nor frustrated) noting the positive and negative aspects. So needless to say in little over a month I got the house of dreams at a lowered asking price in West Chester. Thank you Adam for being the best at your game.

We just bought a home in West Chester, PA and I thought Adam’s advice was invaluable. His insight and understanding of the market was spot on. He was patient with us and showed us a lot of houses without any pressure. He would also point out things that I would have never thought of. We were involved with a deal or two where we we’re competing with other offers and we’re asked to waive inspections, etc. Before I could voice my concerns about this, Adam said it was up to us, but he recommended we walk away. That’s when I knew he he had OUR best interest in mind and we were more than just another sale to him. In the end, we found out dream house and couldn’t be happier. The market was INSANE when we were buying and knowing we could say, “Hey, what do you think Adam?” and be confident we would get his true opinion meant a lot to us. We had no idea what we were doing. He answered all our questions and realigned our expectations when needed and in the end, he was alway right. Adam made us feel like we weren’t doing it all alone and I can’t stress how important that was to us. Highly recommend Adam and his team.

I had heard of Adam Dyer from my son who also had Adam sell them a home.
My son liked him so much that he said to me...."Mom, I would like for you to use Adam to sell your home", so I did.
That was the best decision ever.

For me, Adam was very accommodating in every way. He is super nice, through, not to mention funny.
He had a hassle with the lady where I was going to move to.....but he stood tall through it all.
He met with me to look at places that worked for me time wise.
Adam did something that no one else would have done.
My settlement was messed up from the people buying my ranch home.
He stayed there until they finally cleared up THERE mistake which was in Media. Then around 7 pm he drove my check to my new home at least an hour away.
He is simply an amazing person.
I will definitely recommend Adam to any or every person that I know looking to move.
Thank you Adam for going above and beyond far more than you had to.
I also made a friend in Adam.
