Allison is a phenomenal agent who genuinely cares for the happiness and well-being of her client. She was always quick to respond to any questions, readily available show properties across Hampton Roads, and provided abundant information regarding any properties in which I had interest. Her patience and enthusiasm are her best qualities; not once did I feel pressured to consider a home I was not in love with, though any home I did have interest in she did considerable research into the history of the home, comparable homes in the area and any other factors I desired so I could make an informed decision. Once I did get to the point of making an offer and having it accepted, Allison was a rock star! Her diligent eye on the market led me back to a home I had previously viewed that unexpectedly came back onto the market. Because of Allison's hard work and negotiation skills, I walked away with significant positive equity on a turn-key ready home. She was present at every inspection, repair and closing working seamlessly with the Seller/selling Agent, my Mortgage Lender and myself to ensure I had the best experience possible.
