My experience with Mr Slate was excellent from the beginning to the end. The selling of my home was a quick and easy process. My home was on the market for only three days and there was also a back up offer. Mr Slate is very passionate and dedicated to his craft. I've worked with a few real estate agents in the past and Alvin is by far the best I've worked with. Alvin really went above and beyond to be supportive and accommodating as we were searching for a relatively low priced condo for a family member. He showed us tons of options with patience, deployed out of the box thinking to help us figure out where we wanted to live, and worked diligently and with great attention to detail to address issues with our chosen property after our homeowners inspection. Alvin made up for the unresponsiveness of the selling agent and HOA by going above and beyond in getting the information that we were after. Alvin also supported us on a challenging negotiation with patience and negotiating prowess.
