Andrew assisted us as first time home buyers in DC and was terrific. He has a great knowledge of the market, was incredibly responsive and insightful, and provided additional information about providers needed to complete the purchase such as an insurance broker and service providers. As purchasers from out of town, he also went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions to ease several of the logistical challenges we faced closing the deal from another state. Highly recommend him.

I first met Andrew just about 2 years ago when I purchased a condo in DC from a friend. I had a lot of questions, and he was super patient and helpful. Since that time, I spoke with him often to keep up on the housing market and try to get some value out of the condo. Again, he was patient and helpful. As well, since I live across the country, there were a couple of times I needed something done and he and his team were happy to help me out. With precision timing, Andrew targeted possible buyers with fact-filled marketing pieces with amazing photos, urged agents to bring buyers in the few days before the Open House, and did it with little disruption to my life. My husband always kept his finger on the pulse of the neighborhood market, so when we unexpectedly and suddenly decided to sell our DC home, he already had some realtors in mind based on what he had been seeing and his firsthand experiences at open houses nearby. Andrew was one of two realtors he decided to interview, and I threw a third in the hat based on a recommendation from a friend and neighbor who had recently sold her home. Andrew priced our home higher and had significantly lower staging costs. He has a team supporting him, and we found him to be responsive, communicative, and he executed everything well. We moved out (and far away) and literally handed over our keys and house and he took it from there. He and his team made sure our house got cleaned, painted, sodded, staged, etc. He even had a major life event during all of this, but he still delivered. Andrew sold our house for the list price he recommended during a tough time marketwise with rising interest rates and when other similarly situated houses were sitting. He did a great job!
