I was referred to Brandy Bell through RocketMortgage, and I couldn't be happier with another realtor! My family and I were purchasing a home for a cross-country move from NM to IL. Brandy was incredibly helpful, professional and kind! I feel like she really listened to our needs, and supported us virtually through the entire home-buying process. All of our communications and home tours were done virtually (a VERY nerve-wracking undertaking), but Brandy's professionalism and candid nature really facilitated open-communication and trust, and we found just the right place for our family. Additionally, I am a first-time home buyer, so I was very new to the process of what to look for, navigating loans, etc, and Brandy answered all of my questions and provided me with resources and referrals when needed. I highly recommend Brandy Bell and look forward to working with her again in the future, if we decide to purchase another home or sell in a few years!

The review format only allows 5 stars . Brandy Bell @ Baird & Warner deserves 10. We needed a house and needed it fast. We were were relocating and had to be out of our old house faster than expected. She found a home in area that was just perfect for as if she had known our family for years. She supplied us with the resources for inspections, attorneys ,and informed of us of the laws and information we needed. She went above and beyond expectations. This amazingly was all done from a distance. She was patient and calmed our anxieties. Can’t be more appreciative of her and the work she did to get us HOME!
If we decide to invest in real estate or find another home. We definitely will call Brandy!

If I could give Brandy a 12 star review on Google, then I would. I genuinely cannot express how incredible she is as an agent and as a person. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. All of the things that you would want in an agent. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we were buying from out of state with limited knowledge of Chicago. Brandy video chat with us while touring homes, and helped us feel prepared to move into our home and the area that we landed in. She found us the perfect condo! She was so kind through the entire process and extremely reassuring. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Brandy was quite wonderful on all fronts! First, she demonstrated a deep knowledge of the market and was able to help me think about price points and locations. In addition to her mastery of the market, she maintained a supportive and quite calm and loving disposition, even as things got hectic. She remained optimistic and supportive, even though things were quite stressful. She showed me more than 20 places and never rushed me to make offers. She reminded me of the things I said I wanted as we did viewings. She helped me work with several different lenders to find the best terms. She was ALWAYS responsive, even while managing several other clients. Listen, in the end, you just cannot go wrong with Brandy!

I simply could not have asked for a better agent in my search for a new home. Brandy left no stone unturned, no call unanswered, and no property unresearched. We walked into a few properties that I initially loved but Brandy began doing a deeper dig with the listing agent and found all of the hidden skeletons. Her integrity is unmatched and at the end of the day, she was not going to be happy unless I was completely happy. I am writing this message sitting on my couch in my new Condo that I just moved into this morning. I am overlooking the downtown Chicago skyline on my patio and I could not be more satisfied. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I just got off the phone with My brother who lives a mile away from me sharing the good news and rejoicing about how close we are now. Oh yeah....Brandy found him his new home that he moved into about a month ago. Best in the business. Hands Down.
