It was truly a pleasure working with Carlos. We met almost 2 years before I finally decided to sell my house and purchase a new one. Carlos was always super supportive, informative and patient with me along the way. Once I decided to sell he jump into action to assist me in getting the house ready to be photographed and ready to have the best showing. He did such a phenomenal job educating me about the process which went super smooth. My house sold in 5 days!!! Thank you Carlos, I'm looking forward to our next adventure together.

Where to begin! Carlos is more than just a Real Estate Specialist, he goes above and beyond to take care of his clients you would be hard pressed to find a better one out there! From the beginning to the end he is right there with you, constantly checking status on things and ensuring you have the most up to date info at all times! About a two months ago I finally saved enough to put a down payment to purchase my first home. Being a first time home buyer is stressful. Not knowing what you’re getting yourself into and not knowing how and what to expect is a scary and stressful feeling. I hired a realtor and he completely confused me. He took me to see one home then was not responding to questions. I would ask to see certain homes and he wouldn’t sign me up to see them until a week later. Due to the market all homes were selling same day, or a couple of days later. I decided to let go of my first realtor. A friend recommended me Carlos. He told me great things about him and how easy his process was. Although I had a bad first experience, I decided to give Carlos a shot. I kid you not, I contacted Carlos on a Wednesday and by that following Monday I was in escrow. He made the process smooth, he answered all questions and he took me to see all homes I told him I liked. He’s very respectful, polite, has a good sense of humor, very friendly, and is very friendly. Carlos is easy to get along with. It almost feels like you’ve known him for years even though you just met him.

I don’t know how he does it but he has the magic touch in real estate. This market is definitely a sellers market and all realtors are having trouble finding a home for their client due to all offers being too high. Well Carlos is defying all odds and is finding homes for his clients fast. One major thing I noticed that I believe why Carlos is so successful is that he loves what he does and he knows what he’s doing. He genuinely enjoys finding and selling peoples homes. I have already recommended Carlos to family members and friends. I will definitely use Carlos in the future for all my real estate needs. Thanks again Carlos!

A little over 5 years ago I was looking for my first home. I was very fortunate that someone recommended Carlos Silva to me.
