When I told my friend I wanted to buy a house, she referred me to Carmelot. My brother is a Real estate Agent located in Miami, because of my difficult taste I wanted someone local, so I chose to work with Carmelot. My difficult taste made it almost impossible to find a house, but Carmelot was very patient and humble throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most about Carmelot is how well he learned my taste, Carmelot knew what house that I would be interested in and the one I would not want to see. I was on vacation when Carmelot called me and said Fabie, I think we have a winner! I found your house, it has everything you are looking for and it's within your price range. I was able to sign the contract while I was on vacation. When I saw the house in person, I fell in love! If I were to refer Carmelot to a friend, I would tell them that they will be very satisfy. Carmelot Dorsainrre is an excellent real estate agent. He is matter-of-fact, doesn’t try to oversell or push us into a home that we do not need or want, has excellent communication with us and is very attentive. When my spouse and I began our home search, we were not working with anyone. We had been to a few open houses and met some realtors but had not found anyone that made an impression or, really, anyone that we wanted to work with. We ended up meeting Carmelot at another open house and I felt that there was an instant rapport there. It was an easy decision to choose him as our realtor. He has been friendly, honest and hardworking. I would wholeheartedly recommend Carmelot to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

We started our search for a home, unsure where to even start and based on stories we heard we didn't know who to trust. I clicked a listing and took a chance with the contact agent button (LOL). As luck would have it Carmelot called me within 2 minutes. He was very pleasant, empathetic and confident that he would get the job done for us. He certainly delivered on that promise. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I would call at all times (day and night), he would answer and be ready to assist. We found our home, he put an awesome deal together for us and told us to relax he'd take it from there and see us at closing.
