Chester Dowdy

Chester brings with him more than 15 years of experience in property
management,real estate sales and asset management and is a member of
The National Association, Florida Association of Realtors, Miami
Association of Realtors and the National Association of Property
Managers.
Educated at Queens Preparatory(Jamaica), Campion College (Jamaica),
Christopher Columbus High(Miami) and The University of Miami;
Chester began his work life at Blue Mountain Imports, a small import
distribution company specializing in gourmet food products. He traveled
the United States promoting the company's products and along the way
developed a keen, lasting interest in gourmet cooking. He rose to the
position of marketing director before leaving to represent American
Banknote Company a secure paper and currency printing firm serving
government treasuries worldwide; and the Idmatics Division of Thomson
CSF a provider of secure solutions for state issued ID production(drivers
licenses, passport visas, immigration cards etc.) in the Caribbean.
Chester joined Coldwell Banker in the year 2000 and became the
company's number one regional property manager and a successful
realtor, helping valued clients to build and manage a profitable portfolio
of investment rental properties.
When he is not closing sales and solving problems for landlords and
tenants you you will find him enjoying all that South Florida has to offer.
