I can't say enough about Christie Hall as a realtor.

I called her for a commercial building and then she referred me to a commercial realtor.

After working with the commercial realtor, I became very dissatisfied with the service. I going through chemotherapy and so stressed out. I decided just to inform her about the situation.

Despite her not being a commercial realtor she took it upon herself to help me out by going and checking weekly on my project. She assured me she would keep me informed about what should be happening despite my realtor not keeping me informed.

That says a lot about her and her realty business. Her word is everything and she will make sure you are taken care of.

We were getting ready to sell my mother's home and Christie was recommended to my family. We had talked to several other realtors but after meeting with Christie, we knew she was the one. She made a thorough assessment of the property and made suggestions of things to do to sell the property. She was very patient and encouraging thru the entire process. She communicated with all siblings and made herself and her staff available for any questions or problems that came up. She has a great team (yay Justine) helping her and experts that can help with any problems that arise. At Homes With Hall Realty you are treated not as just a ''client'' but as a family member. Christie was nothing short of fantastic! This is our second home that we have bought with the help of Christie's invaluable services. Christie was very patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Initially, she sat us down and walked us through the full purchase process so there would be no surprises. She showed us several properties and talked in-depth about the pros and cons of each in addition to providing valuable Comps to ensure we were not going to overpay. When we did decide on a property Christie promptly got the offer in. We were then told that there were several offers submitted and that we should submit our best offer. Christie provided sound advice that helped us refine our offer and immediately submitted it. Shortly after, we learned that we had the best offer. Immediately following this we agreed on an Option period with the Seller and then, with sound advice from Christie, we booked and had the Property Inspection. The Property Inspection report was very detailed and identified several issues. Working closely with Christie we drew up a priority list of fixes that we needed the Seller to address before we could sign. With Christie's careful negotiation skills we agreed to the final terms and closed the deal. Buying and Selling a home can be very stressful but Christie’s energy and enthusiasm dissipated much of this stress and made the process enjoyable and fun. We are indebted to Christie for all her help as we now feel that we have our forever home. Thank you, Christie, for your guidance, advice, and expertise! I’ve purchased several other properties mainly in Florida with the help of various Realtors but Christie’s knowledge and expertise outshine them all. I highly recommend Christie for your Realtor needs and know that with Christie you are working with the best.

Our experience with Christie Hall and Homes with Hall Realty was short but professionally and emotionally significant. It was short because our home closed 25 days after our first meeting with Christie!!! During our initial meeting Christie clearly communicated her processes and vision for selling our home. She asked for our input and answered questions in a manner that demonstrated her experience and enthusiasm. Christie provided checklists that helped us stage every room of our home for the critical “photo shoot”. The quality of the digital display of our home on multiple websites maximized visibility for potential buyers. The Homes with Hall Team provided accurate instructions that helped us complete all of the time-sensitive documents required to sell our home. Updates were provided through phone calls, texts, and emails which kept us informed during all stages of the home selling process. My wife and I highly recommend Christie Hall and Homes with Hall Realty. Your guidance and counseling eased our stress during a normally difficult and emotional process.
