Colleen Waldoch

Colleen’s business experience is diverse and has given her the advantage of a range of skills that she utilizes in her real estate career. As a Pricing Coordinator for a Fortune 500 Company, she managed the regional pricing of 30,000 products over 120 locations. Communication, database management, and problem-solving were key components of this position. She has a degree in Commercial Photography from Columbia College Chicago. She worked for an aerial photographer, shooting commercial real estate, architectural interiors and managing the workflow of the office. She also owned her own photography studio focusing on portraiture, product, and architecture. She has post graduate education in graphic design. Her previous business experience and education have given me the skill set needed to perform the many facets of this job: pricing, marketing, communication and problem-solving.
