After Craig sold my condo (see earlier review) I found myself without a home to move to. I knew the neighborhood I wanted and lost out on the first home I liked.
Craig walked the neighborhood, knocking on doors and speaking to people about his very motivated buyer. At a REBA meeting he talked about my needs in finding a particular single level home in my desired neighborhood. And from that announcement another broker told him she may know of something. So I saw the home and with Craig’s dedicated and caring guidance, I eventually was able to buy the property at a comfortable price. Now, during the early stages of repair and renovation, Craig is still helping me find the people to do the necessary work. He has a long list of reputable resources and is kindly advising me along this new path.

Selling the condo from across the country is complicated and add to that a pipe breaking and a flood during escrow and you have very difficult circumstances. Craig Lotzof helped us every step of the way from the beginning in helping with moving to making sure the condo was repaired in time to close. He went way above and beyond. The best!
