Dale recently sold a home for myself and my business partner. He provided outstanding service and was readily available throughout the process,. I don't recall a phone call that I made to Dale that wasn't either answered immediately or returned soon thereafter. The bottom line for business investors is to find a trustworthy agent, and one who has a deep knowledge of the local market. Dale has both and was extremely pleasant to work with from listing to the close of escrow. The ultimate testament to an outstanding agent is to have repeat customers. Dale took over for an agent that was not making much of an effort. The house was small but in a very desirable neighborhood. We had been working with an agent to short sell one of our homes. She was not very good at communicating and couldn't get the home closed efficiently. There were many complications during our transaction with her. Dale took over to assist us with short selling our other 3 properties. He stayed in constant contact with us and even updated us when there was no news. He was able to close all 3 properties and assisted us in locating a rental after the sale of our personal residence. Dale is the realtor you want on your side. I have recommended him to my friends on several occasions.
