I was so fortunate to have found Daniela Pardo when I wanted to sell my home. I wasn’t entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Daniela was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had my best interests in mind. She always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. All throughout the negotiations and closing Daniela was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. After looking back at the deal, the negotiations, home inspections, repair request list, I realized I could not have done this alone. At that moment, I deeply understood the importance of having a great agent and considered myself blessed to have had Daniela as my Realtor. No only we had a great experience!!! But
As first-time home sellers, we were overwhelmed with advice and recommendations from friends, ads in the mail, etc. We contacted the Daniela, she responded quickly, and scheduled meetings in two days.
She has the answers to everting we ask and if not she will find them, Daniela Also speaks Spanish with in some cases of English is not your first language can benefit you a lot to have some who can explain everything in your first language. I highly recommend Pardo Realty, it helped us find home.
