Debbie Deegan became our realtor in 2013 when we purchased our very first home. She has always been attentive and will respond immediately. If she is with a client or whatever and is not able to accept your call, she will immediately text and say she will get back to you. She is honest, hardworking, professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. Eleven years later we have purchased and sold 6 properties with Debbie. One of those was a 100 year old church building that took 3 years of fighting with the city over restrictions, zoning and everything you could imagine. Debbie fought for us every step of the way. At one point we even put it with a “well known” commercial realtor in Rockwall for 6 months. Just to see if he could miraculously do something with his connections as a commercial realtor. After dealing with only Debbie for years I was APPALLED at how unprofessional that realtor & company was. Do not ever believe you need to be a commercial realtor to sell a commercial property. Debbie is determined to sell your property with the utmost integrity. She went to city council meetings with us and guided us throughout the process. We will only use Debbie for our realtor. She will go above and beyond and sound beautiful doing it with her awesome English accent!

I was considering a move to Royse City, Texas, and happened to contact Deb online to help me.

First of all I want to say I have worked with a lot of realtors over the years; none were as professional as Deb was.
From the first contact I had with her, which was by email, she was interested in helping me find exactly the home I was looking for. We talked briefly on the phone twice, setting up a time to look at homes when I was in the area in December.

Dee Evans and her team are superstars! From my initial meeting with Dee, to my meeting with Bessie, who assisted with what I needed to fix up in my home, to my ongoing communications with contract administrator Jackie, I was always taken care of on my home sale journey. These superstars handled every single question I had (very quickly, I might add, and I had many, many questions as a first time home seller) and guided me through the process as if it was their own home. As we stepped into the unknown of East Texas, Natalie was with us through every step of the process. Her recommendations were spot on.
