I met Ms. Demetra Rice, real estate agent extraordinaire, at a very critical moment in my life. I had been renting a home in the Ft. Washington area for over 9 years when my landlord's decided to sell the property. I was given 15 days to decide to either purchase the property or vacate. Well, I decided not to purchase the house. Now that I decided not to purchase the property, I was given only 30 days to find a property, procure the residence, and move out, NO EXCEPTIONS. Having never purchased a property before I was feeling extremely overwhelmed. I prayed and before you know it I was meeting with Ms. Demetra Rice. After sharing my predicament with her, I left our conversation, feeling very confident that all would be well. I knew I was in very good, very wise and capable hands. I knew that she was, indeed, heaven sent! Due to the urgency of my situation, Ms. Rice proceeded quickly. She called me every morning not only with scheduled viewings, but also to check on my well-being. Ms. Rice possesses a character that is not often seen nowadays. She is hard-working, honest, trustworthy and accessible. Ms. Rice has a demeanor that graciously mixes compassion, professionalism, dedication, and diligence. She is knowledgeable, positive, outgoing, and very, very good at her craft. Honestly, it has been a pleasure doing business with her. Ms. Rice knows what to do and when to do it. Her experience allows her to remain ahead of any curve. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MS. DEMETRA RICE AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT. Obviously, it's too late to make a long story short, so, let me end by tell you this...with The LORD guiding Ms. Demetra and myself our journey from start to finish was amazing! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful home! At closing, it was mentioned that no one, thus far, has ever seen a real estate deal completed so quickly and neatly, in this housing market! If you are in need of a seasoned, professional real estate agent give her a call. I doubt you'll be disappointed, I certainly wasn't!!!!!
