My journey started off a bit rough, to be honest. The first realtor we worked with made us feel really rushed, and it seemed like our family's specific needs just weren't being heard. It was pretty frustrating and almost made us throw in the towel altogether.
But then, we connected with Demetrius Brown, and seriously, he was a game-changer! From our very first meeting, Demetrius was incredibly professional, always on time, and you could tell he genuinely loved his work. He was brilliant at communicating, keeping us in the loop every step of the way, and coordinating seamlessly with lenders and other pros. His deep understanding of the market, combined with some seriously impressive negotiation skills, made us feel so confident and supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, we ended up finding and closing on our absolute dream home!
I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Demetrius. He truly turned what can be a really stressful process into an enjoyable one, and his dedication and client-first approach are qualities I believe are vital in today's real estate market. There are not enough positive words to describe Demetrius Brown from Change Lives Real Estate. As a first time homebuyer, he really had the patience for myself and my wife as we learned the terms, what to expect, and what we envisioned our dream home to be. We worked alongside Demetrius for months, building that trust and becoming more than just clients. He was honest about homes, asked all the tough questions, was extremely responsive, and respected our criteria. He always had our budget and best interests in mind, never pressuring us to look at homes or offer more than we were comfortable with. In a matter of a few weekends looking at open homes, he immediately knew what we were looking for and wanted in our home. Demetrius even went out on multiple occasions to look at homes on our behalf. We trusted him, his input, and knowledge. All that work paid off as we were patient and were finally accepted for a single family home! Would recommend Demetrius to anyone of my family as he is extremely thoughtful, prepared, and professional.

Working with Demetrius Brown was the best experience a seller could have! Upon first meeting him, I felt his amazing energy right away! We sat down to discuss my timelines on listing as well as my timelines on closing. I spoke with him about my expectations and he listened intently with an open ear. He gave me a very detailed presentation and we discussed the entire process from beginning to end. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.Demetrius was also very cool and relaxed, never pushy and was on top of everything during the entire process. He followed up with me at every point during the escrow process as well and was always accessible. I couldn't have been more pleased working with him. I truly felt like Demetrius always had my best interest in mind. There were many things I enjoyed about my experience working with him but the thing I loved the most was that he was organized, down to the Zoom presentation that he provided when discussing the offers of all the potential buyers. I feel very fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience in the sale of my first home. I would recommend working with Demetrius to anyone 100 times over. My only regret is that I won't have him to represent me in my new home purchase because I will be buying out of state. Thank you so much Demetrius! Demetrius Brown, Real Estate Broker is a well competent, honest, knowledgeable Broker to have for your real estate needs. He worked as if he were me to get what I wanted out of my real estate deal. Words cant completely describe the exceptional experience I had with Demetrius. After several months of working with another realtor who was unsuccessful in finding us an investment property. We went to Demetrius, told him exactly what we were looking for and gave him a short amount of time to find it. Demetrius was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed us properties that matched our criteria. He showed up to all the listings on time and prepared. He was very organized and didnt waste my time because he knew we had a busy schedule (full time parents of 3 boys). He would tell us the pros and cons of each property. He was able to find us a great investment property in a great neighborhood and he was able to negotiate with the seller to get a credit for repairs. This was a big investment and process for my family and I. When I tell others about our experience, I tell them, there is no other person that could have successfully got us through this process except for Demetrius and for that I HIGHLY recommend him as your realtor to get the job done efficiently in a timely manner.
